Little Angels Therapy started with one Physical Therapist (owner, Nicole Ford) in 2007. Over time, Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) and Community Based Rehabilitative Service (CBRS) providers were added. For many years we were a 5 person team working in-home visits only. We have grown exponentially in the past 4 years. Little Angels Therapy now has:

Nicole Ford
Physical Therapist
OWNER
Nicole has been a practicing physical therapist for 23 years, and more than 16 of those have taken place in the world of Pediatrics.
​
She received her physical therapy degree from Daemen College in Buffalo New York in 1997.
Nicole worked as a traveling physical therapist when she first graduated and ended up in Wilkesboro, North Carolina and never left.
She has worked in different settings such as skilled nursing home, Outpatient orthopedic, acute care hospital setting, wound care clinic, burn Clinic, neuro rehab setting, and finally landed in Pediatrics and has been here ever since.
Her husband, Tom Ford, is the co-owner and a Physical Therapy assistant. They have 3 daughters.

Tom Ford is a PTA and the co-owner of Little Angels Therapy, with wife Nicole Ford who is a Physical Therapist.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Associates in Physical Therapist Assistant.
​
Tom is also a coach, defensive coordinator of Hickory Hawks, an independent Christian football team.
​
He has 3 daughters Ella, Sophia and Ava. In his free time, Tom enjoys hiking, trout fishing and woodworking
