Heather Raines - OT
Heather Raines graduated from Lenoir Rhyne College, now Lenoir
Rhyne University, in 2006. For the past 14 years she has had extensive experience and education in the treatment of children and adolescents with autism, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, sensory processing dysfunction, and a variety of genetic syndromes. She has practiced in the public-school system, home health and private clinic settings. Heather is a certified in Therapeutic Listening and Beckman Oral Motor Intervention. She has also completed several courses in sensory processing and sensory integration and behavior interventions. Heather currently resides in Hickory, North Carolina with her husband, Jason, and her two young children, Aniston and Bowen. They are members of First Presbyterian Church of Hickory and spend most of their free time traveling and attending sporting events.
