Carol Ann is our main office admin who is responsible for  filing, updating, and organizing patient records, answering the phone, processing forms for insurance claims, etc.  She has worked in this industry for 20+ years.

Michelle is our insurance billing specialist.  She is responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance companies.  She also assists with the day to day operations of the office in the role of office assistant.
